Nová Zbrojovka is a brownfield project, located in the unused area of the former Zbrojovka, and the plan is to create a new modern district with high-quality public spaces, combining residential function with services and shops.
The campus is located in the Brno-Židenice district, which has the advantage of very good transport and pedestrian accessibility, being in the wider city centre and therefore close to a wide range of civic amenities.
The project will build on the local tradition of industrial architecture, complemented by modern new buildings.
