  • Port7 consists of a total of 7 buildings, 3 of which are office buildings. The largest, Building E, which forms the backbone of the project and will offer a total of almost 28,000 m2, will be built along the railway line. It will be followed by two buildings, A and D.
  • Port7 is designed to be a highly sustainable building, saving and helping the environment during its construction and operation. It will harvest rainwater and reduce potable water use by up to 50%. It aims to achieve the highest LEED Platinum and WELL certifications.
  • The Piazza Port7, designed as a service centre, will be created between the buildings. Tenants and visitors to the Port7 project will find cafes, bistros, hairdressers, a fitness centre, a grocery store and a pharmacy. There will also be a public park with a cycle path.

  • The park-like green area with a promenade along the river will be used for relaxing, walking and meeting friends. Lovers of various sports will appreciate the new Holešovice embankment with a cycle path, a playground and a landing stage for small boats.
  • You can get to Port7 by 7 different means of transport. The neighbourhood will offer more than 10 lines of public bus and tram transport, including the metro. Those who want to travel ecologically can use the Holešovice railway station. Athletes, on the other hand, will arrive on a new cycle path or by boat.
